We assist clients with the implementation, operation, and optimization of various programs designed to promote manufacturing and export activities, including IMMEX, PROSEC, temporary import regimes, Rule Eight, and others.

We guide our clients in maximizing the benefits of the FTAs signed by Mexico, including tariff reductions, compliance with rules of origin, and the strategic restructuring of supply chains to meet origin requirements under the applicable agreements.

We carry out preventive audits to evaluate regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for improvement in our clients’ trade operations. Our objective is to ensure that our clients consistently meet customs and international trade regulations, reducing exposure to risks and strengthening their compliance framework.

We represent our clients in investigations involving collusive practices and abuse of dominance, as well as in proceedings related to conditions for effective competition, barriers to entry, and essential facilities. Our services include support throughout the entire investigative process, including during inspections, hearings, and information requests conducted by the competition authorities.

We assist our clients during audits conducted by tax and customs authorities, including in-home inspections, desk reviews, and administrative customs procedures (PAMA), among others. Our approach is centered on mitigating risks, demonstrating compliance, and developing pre-litigation strategies when necessary to protect our clients’ interests and ensure regulatory alignment.

We represent our clients in a wide range of defense mechanisms, including the filing of administrative appeals before tax and customs authorities, administrative litigation before the Federal Administrative Justice Tribunal, and constitutional trials (amparos) before the Federal Judiciary.

In addition, we provide strategic counsel on alternative dispute resolution methods, including the conclusive agreement procedure before the Attorney General for Taxpayer Defense (Prodecon), helping clients resolve disputes efficiently and with legal certainty.
